Dear CLA Families,

I am delighted to welcome you to another exciting school year at Central Language Academy! I hope this message finds you well and that you enjoyed a restful and joyful summer with your loved ones.

At Central Language Academy, we take great pride in being a Dual Language Immersion model school. Our program continues to thrive and serve as a cornerstone of our mission to provide all students with the tools to become bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural leaders. We are incredibly proud of the academic and cultural richness that our Dual Language Immersion program brings to our campus community.

Our commitment to academic excellence remains strong. Our dedicated and experienced teachers and staff are prepared to provide a rigorous, supportive, and engaging learning environment that nurtures every student's intellectual, social, and emotional development. We are also proud of the high level of parent participation and engagement that makes CLA such a vibrant and collaborative learning community. Your involvement is essential to our success, and we value the strong partnerships we continue to build with our families.

This year, we will continue to implement key initiatives that support the whole child, including Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID), and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). In addition, our commitment to developing a multicultural and inclusive curriculum remains a top priority, ensuring that all students feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
